Toronto Pearson International Airport

The Toronto Pearson International Airport is about a 30-minute drive from the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel. Travelers can choose from multiple on-site rental car companies as well as ride-share options. For more information, please visit the airport’s Transportation page.      

Meeting Venue   

Hotel booking for the Annual Scientific Meeting will open this fall when registration launches for the event. Please plan to book your hotel at that time.

The SIO 2027 Annual Scientific Meeting will take place at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel (123 Queen St W, Toronto, ON M5H 2M9, Canada). 

SIO has reserved a block of discounted rooms for the SIO 2027 Annual Scientific Meeting at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel. The discount rate is $359 CAD per night, plus taxes and fees. The cut-off date to book your room is Tuesday, 26 January 2026, or until rooms are sold out — whichever occurs first.

Booking 10 + Hotel Rooms

Need to book more than 10 rooms? Exhibiting and sponsoring companies looking to book 10 or more rooms should request a sub-block form. This will be approved based on room block and availability. For more information and to obtain the form, please reach out to Rachel Schneider, SIO Housing Sr. Associate, at RSchneider@sio-central.org. The deadline to apply for a sub-block form is Thursday, 7 January 2027.

Please be aware of companies that call and email you to assist with hotel reservations. They are claiming they can get better rates, that rooms are limited or are using other sales pitch methods. They are NOT affiliated with SIO in any way nor are they a partner with SIO. If you receive a call or email from a company trying to make your housing reservation, please be aware that this is not sanctioned, and DO NOT MAKE THE RESERVATION.
