“Science & Sips” ePoster Abstract Reception 

Friday, 6 February | 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Join us for this dynamic reception where attendees can engage directly with e-poster presenters, explore cutting-edge research, and spark meaningful scientific dialogue. Attendees will explore select 2026 e-posters, connect with authors, and enjoy beverages and appetizers. This reception will take place in the poster corridor outside the Exhibit Hall. Everyone is welcome!  

Saturday Soirée - Additional Registration Required 

Saturday, 7 February | 7:00-10:00 p.m.

Location: The Club at Savannah Harbor

Transportation: Complimentary shuttles will be running from the Westin, or it's a five minute walk. 

Celebrate the end of a great week at our Saturday night networking event! Join fellow IO leaders and peers at The Club at Savannah Harbor for an evening of conversation, food, and drinks in a beautiful waterfront setting. New this year: Test your skills in a fun 3-hole putting contest on the green next to the pavilion! Play solo or team up with friends for a little friendly competition.

Attire Note: If you plan to participate in the putting contest, please avoid shoes with pointy heels, as they can damage the green. If wearing heels, you’ll need to remove them before stepping onto the putting area.
