The 2024 Breast Cryoablation Master Class is being held in conjunction with the SIO 2024 Annual Scientific Meeting at the Long Beach Convention Center, which is connected to the Hyatt Regency. SIO has reserved a room block for attendees to book at a discounted rate of $284/night (plus tax and fees).

All rooms are limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. Discounted rates are only available through Friday, 29 December 2023, or until sold out.

Please note: The only way to book reservations within the SIO room block is through our unique housing link (to be shared in the coming months). Cancellation/Deposits

A deposit is not required, but a credit card guarantee will be. Cancel up to 72 hours prior to 11:59 p.m. PST the day of arrival to avoid a one night cancellation fee.

Travel Information

The closest airports to the Long Beach Convention Center and the Hyatt Regency are Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) or Long Beach (LGB). LAX is approximately 35-45 minutes from the Hyatt and LGB is approximately 15-30 minutes away.

Airport Transportation

A variety of transportation options are available from the airport to the hotels, including taxi, ride share, and public buses. The approximate cost for a shared ride to and from the airport is about $40 each way. Uber and Lyft service both airports. Additional transportation information and parking rates are available here.
