This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essentials and Standards of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through joint providership of the Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR) and the Society of Interventional Oncology (SIO).

SIR is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. SIR designates this live activity for a maximum of 36.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits^TM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

SA-CME Approval Statement
This program has been approved for a total of 10 Self-assessment (SA-CME) module credits by the Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR). SIR is awarded Deemed Status by the American Board of Radiology (ABR). This educational activity meets the criteria for self assessment toward the purpose of fulfilling requirements in the ABR Maintenance of Certification (MOC) Program.
