The Society of Interventional Oncology will host their next scientific meeting in at the Seaport Hotel and World Trade Center in Boston, Massachusetts from 8-11 June 2019.

The SIO Annual Scientific Meeting offers sessions on medical technology and how to implement new technology in oncologic practice. The conference provides a multi-disciplinary approach to cancer care. The annual meeting brings together international health care providers for international sharing of ideas.

The conference leverages a combination of state-of-the-art lectures, panel discussions, invited papers, & selected abstracts of basic, translational, & clinical research to promote meaningful dialogue.

For over a decade, WCIO has provided cutting education through an annual scientific meeting. In 2017 the Board of Directors of WCIO founded the Society of Interventional Oncology, the only membership-based organization dedication to advancing the field of Interventional Oncology (IO) as the fourth pillar of cancer therapy alongside medical, surgical, and radiation oncology worldwide.
